Anyone who has gone through a divorce trial as a party is likely to tell you it was an extremely unpleasant, expensive and painful experience that they wouldn’t wish on their worst enemy.  Well, for some people it actually goes on beyond the trial.  A small percentage of divorce trials actually get appealed and the litigation continues on, sometimes for years.

  1. It must be very hard to lose a divorce case and then having to appeal, when the process almost always takes time. Stil is necessary sometimes, I hope I do good on trial, I guess I will because I´ve been the responsible one on the marriage and as a parent.

  2. This is many peoples nightmare but there is a 50/50 chance so it is something you have to be ready for if youre in a divorce case, so thanks for the post.
